A ventilated façade system produced directly at Cortizo's composite panel production centre in Spain. This factory, with a production capacity of 5,400 m² per day, ensures immediate delivery of the facade, regardless of the type of panel and its finish chosen.
At the same time, machining centres - the latest generation of CNC machines located in production and distribution centres throughout Europe - make it possible to provide this type of construction solution according to the specifications of each project.

A new structural solution for ventilated façades, which is finding increasing use in building façades due to its performance and aesthetics. It consists of two layers of aluminium sheet bonded with a thermoplastic core.
The outer layer of the composite panel is made of aluminium alloy coated with a three-layer PvdF varnish, which is highly resistant to corrosion and ageing, while the interior of the panel is filled with polyethylene.
This combination of materials gives the composite panel excellent mechanical properties: high stiffness, resistance to deformation and low weight. The panel is used on buildings with high thermal and acoustic requirements.
The composite panel is also available in a fire-resistant version under the name FR (Fire Retardancy). Its use guarantees that fire will not spread in the event of a fire. The panel is 4 mm thick and is sheathed in two 0.5 mm thick aluminium plates coated with 25/35 µm PvdF varnish, while the interior is a 3 mm thick polyethylene layer.
The wide range of panels is complemented by the 3 mm thick INTDESIGN composite panel, ideal for interior decoration, used as boards, advertising signs, stands, etc.
