A new concept for a hinge system with a universal hardware groove (euro), which is characterised by maximum watertightness, energy efficiency and sound insulation, as well as short production and assembly times.
The use of a frame with a depth of 80 mm allows the window to adapt to changing climatic conditions and achieve a high level of energy efficiency, as evidenced by the window's low thermal transmittance (Uw), reaching as low as 0.8 W/m²K. Such favourable values have been obtained thanks to the excellent design of the thermal break zone, which consists of a 45 mm wide tubular polyamide and polyolefin profile, which is placed both in the glazing space and inside the frame and sash.
A glazing capacity of up to 65 mm allows the use of energy-efficient glazing compositions with large glass thicknesses, which translates into excellent thermal and acoustic properties (noise protection of up to 46 dB), resulting in energy savings and interior comfort.
The results of the AEV test show that it is the window with the best watertightness, airtightness and wind resistance properties, which guarantees the highest protection against diverse weather conditions.
