SLIDING WINDOW SYSTEM - PONZIO SL1600TT HI

A variant of the SL1600tt lift-and-slide system designed for structures with particularly high thermal insulation requirements.

In the PLUS version, the heat transfer coefficient Uf is between 2.1 W/m2K, and in the warmest version HI the frame thermal transmittance Uf is between 1.8 W/m2K.

The structural depth of the sections is 67 mm for sashes, and 160 mm for two-track frames, 247 mm for three-track frames and 334 mm for four-track frames. The design of the profiles allows for stable constructions of large dimensions, even 8-sash, with very high sash weights.

The system is capable of using infill panels up to 51 mm thick.

  • CHARACTERISTICS

    - several "insulation" variants are possible (standard, PLUS version, HI version),
    - high weather tightness of the system.

  • ALUMINIUM PROFILES

    EN AW-6060 acc. to EN 573-3 condition T66 acc. to EN 515 Al Mg Si 0.5 F22 acc. to DIN 1725 T1, DIN 17615 T1.

  • SEALS

    Made of EPDM synthetic rubber to standard 7863 and performance standard to ISO 3302-01, E2.

  • FITTINGS

    PONZIO and G-U system fittings.

  • COMPLAINTS

    Single or double glazing with any type of glass or opaque panels in thickness: up to 51 mm.

  • SURFACE FINISHES

    Powder coating with polyester paints meeting Qualicoat requirements, choice of RAL colours; anodising in natural aluminium, olive, champagne, gold, bronze - meeting Qualanod requirements; varnishing in the 'colour' of the wood.

  • APPROVALS AND QUALITY CERTIFICATES

    Preliminary type testing in accordance with EN 14351-1 + A1.
    Burglar resistance: RC2 to EN 1627.
