PONZIO WINDOW AND DOOR SYSTEM PE52

Our next proposal is a system intended for making exterior building elements requiring thermal insulation. Structures made of the PONZIO PE 52 system are classified in the RMG 2.1 material group. The advantage of the system is that it can be used to make various types of windows, doors and spatial structures. The applied thermal separators, straight and omega-shaped, ensure proper drainage of the structure and a good Uw coefficient - thanks to this, the PE52 system is the thinnest of the Ponzio family of systems with thermal separators. The depth of the sections, for frames and sashes, is 52-60 mm. Economical, i.e. with a good quality-to-price ratio, the system has a three-chamber profile structure with a Euro groove and a groove for the hardware used in windows and balcony doors made of PVC profiles. This makes it compatible with many other window and door solutions available on the market.

Single or double-glazed with any type of glass or opaque panels with a thickness of: frame 2-35mm, sash 10-43mm
SURFACE FINISHES

Powder coating with polyester paints meeting Qualicoat requirements, choice of RAL colours; natural and coloured anodising - meeting Qualanod requirements; varnishing in the "colour" of the wood - the surface finish meets high anticorrosion requirements
SEALS

Made of EPDM synthetic rubber to standard 7863 and performance standard to ISO 3302-01, E2.
