PONZIO WINDOW SYSTEM PE78NHI

A system with a three-chamber profile structure with a Euro groove and a hardware groove used in windows and balcony doors made of PVC or wooden profiles. It is designed for the construction of windows with very high thermal insulation requirements.

It is designed for window structures with very high thermal insulation requirements. The structural depth of the sections for frames is 78 mm and for sashes 86 mm.

The use of 42 mm multi-chamber thermal breaks and a two-component central gasket allows for high thermal insulation. In the PE 78N version, the frame thermal transmittance is from 1.7 W/m2K. In the warmer version of PE 78N+ with the chamber under the glass closed, Uf is between 1.3 W/m2K.
The system allows the use of a wide range of fittings and facilitates their installation. The three-chamber structure of the Ponzio PE 78N system profiles ensures high rigidity of sections, and thus allows large-size structures to be made.

    Powder coating with polyester paints meeting Qualicoat requirements, with a choice of RAL colours; natural and coloured anodising - meeting Qualanod requirements; varnishing to the 'colour' of the wood - the surface finish meets high corrosion protection requirements.

  • THERMAL INSULATION

    Uf from 1.7 W/m2K, Uw = 0.88 W/m2K (calculated for window: L 1480 x H 2180 mm, Ug = 0.5 W/m2K, double-glazed).
