✅ Another realisation of a newly built warehouse hall in Koszalin. As a manufacturer of aluminium joinery, we supplied windows and doors to the above building in the Ponzio PE78NHI system. 🪟🚪. Windows 1500 x 1500 mounted in sandwich panel. A total of 30 structures.

Another realisation straight from the UK 🇬🇧. The Cortizo Cor Vision thermal break window and door system features a modern aesthetic that allows maximum light into the room with minimal visible aluminium section. The system's elegant design is based on a combination of large window openings and small frames that represent just 9-14% of the entire structure. Features of this development: 
 
✅ Small sliding kitchen window with large glazing area compared to standard RU windows. In addition, minimalist handles
✅ Sliding window in living room with access to terrace. All 4 sections sliding. Integrated lock inserts with side handles used. Sash area max. 6m2.
✅ The large window to the kitchen with a walkout has linear drainage integrated into the floating floor and a threshold-free walkway.

Aluminium joinery in the USA - doors and windows for export
We have already mentioned this realisation several times. Among other things, a film was made of the production of the container's departure from our hall to the port of Gdynia. You can see it on our Facebook here. .
Now we present the finished result. The windows after a few months installed and look amazing 😮. Exterior joinery with a few water features such as a built-in sliding window in the kitchen, COR-VISION with access to the terrace and vertical fixed windows to illuminate the corridor.
The joinery arrived safely within 7 weeks by sea. We hope that soon another cargo with our windows will sail in that direction.

COR VISION built-in sliding door
We present the realisation of the COR VISION sliding door. This solution is already characterised by a large glazing area as standard. In our design, this was arranged so that the profiles are completely hidden in the wall. Only the sashes remain visible. The floor is also integrated, so that there is no threshold.

Aluminium Folding-sliding doors Elegance in a modern design
We present an elegant and functional system of folding-sliding doors, the so-called accordion doors. Depending on your needs, you can adjust the number of parts and the way they open. The system, once correctly assembled, moves very easily. It provides the possibility of almost 90% opening, so it can be used in places where you want, for example, tightness in winter and airiness in summer. 
➡️ Ergonomic solution - Optimum and ergonomic use of space in both small and large rooms.
➡️ Improved interior organisation - Thanks to the ability to fold and slide all the leaves, the interior can be planned freely. The doors take up very little space while opening in the 90% of the entire space. 
➡️ Full access maximum appearance - With folding doors, we have complete and free access to the entire room without having to move the fronts each time. At the same time, all the doors used can be opened by sliding them to one side or to opposite sides, which is not possible with sliding doors.
➡️ Saving room space - When opening, bi-folding doors take up as much space in front of the wardrobe as hinged doors. However, by folding the sash, they only protrude half their width beyond the wardrobe.
➡️ Freedom of arrangement - The variety of fillings, colours and structures allows for striking and elegant designs.

We present another realisation of a single-family house after renovation. A classic house from the "post-German" era. Its renovation certainly required a lot of money, but the final result is very good. A "post-German brick" like many. However, the owners breathed new life into it. Lakeside villa in Norway

You could say that this is a realisation straight out of a fairy tale. A beautifully situated villa with a direct view of the lake. Thanks to the use of our modern aluminium joinery, the effect of the space has become even greater. Every detail can be admired. The windows were manufactured to order in black. In addition, the triangular windows were matched to the design of the entire building. Transport and unloading, as well as installation, were this time on the investor's side.

Window and door joinery Miedzyzdroje flats

We present another large-scale realisation of flats in Międzyzdroje. We made the entire window and door joinery in the newly built building. HS type sliding doors and tilt windows. Due to the proximity to the sea, we used additional reinforcements on all mullions. For safety, tempered glass was used on the inside on the ground floor and on the ground floor on the outside. This provides additional protection, e.g. from approaching birds. We are currently realising the external fire doors in this building. More photos of the final realisation will follow shortly.

Prezentujemy realizację fasady aluminiowej oraz stolarki aluminiowej naszego projektu w ośrodku sanatoryjno-wypoczynkowym „KORAB” w Świnoujściu. Budowa trwała prawie 3 miesiące jednak efekty można już podziwiać. Fasada prezentuje się znakomicie. Dodatkowo wykonaliśmy projekt stolarki aluminiowej, również opartej na systemie fasadowym. Każdy system fasad w firmie Zen Aluminium poparty jest etapem projektowym oraz pomiarowym na miejscu budowy. Wraz z projektantami starannie wybieramy najlepsze rozwiązanie zarówno pod kątem technicznym jak i wizualnym. Tutaj wybór padł na system fasadowy PF152 and PF152 ESG ze specjalnymi szybami kontroli słonecznej firmy PressGlass Stopsol. Po etapie projektowym nastąpił etap produkcji. Zamówienie niezbędnego materiału w tym aluminium i szkła oraz kilkutygodniowy czas na realizację. Stolarka dostarczana była na miejsce budowy w kilku etapach, tak aby ekipy mogły w między czasie wykonać montaż systemu już na „gotowo” w Świnoujściu. Wkrótce zdjęcie od wewnątrz z przepięknym widokiem na promenadę i Bałtyk.

ZALETY FASAD ALUMINIOWYCH
W projektach  architektonicznych istnieje wiele zalet stosowania aluminium w porównaniu z innymi metalami. Projektując i budując budynki, zawsze ważne jest, aby spojrzeć na wszystkie możliwe korzyści, jakie może zaoferować dana konstrukcja.
